what is this lump?

I hit it very hard couple of months ago and this lump surfaced. My doc gave it a name which i forgot but it tends to come back... Anyone had the same lump anywhere in their bodies?

I been having wrist and arm pain and i can't pin point who is the culprit?Anyone had it remove? does it hurt? did it come back?
It gets bigger after a workout.

hello
it must be a cyst that has grown cause of your injury
do take care of it and get it treated
is it growing day by day
are you experiencing immense pain
if it not going despite treatment then you get it surgically removed
