I've been working very hard to try and put on some wait and mass. I've put on a couple of pounds but I don't think it's muscle. When I start doing more cardio I always trim up a little. I'm wondering how much cardio can you do and still can mass. I figure it will help stay lean while trying to get bigger, but I could be wrong. THANKS
Have you checked out the mass muscle program on this site? I believe once you incorporate some heavy lifting you'll get the results you're looking for & trim up in ways that no amount of cardio can deliver. :)
Best of luck!

Everybody is different but try to do 3 times 20-30 mins of cardio a week. Shouldn't give you any problems to keep on putting on lean muscle mass but can help you shed a little fat. Good luck!
