Hello all,
I've Been using the fitbuddy to answer most questions ive had over the last few months, So this will be my first post (I will also Post in the New members area)
I have been using The Creatine Monohydrate Liquid from GNC for a few weeks now, but i have read Negative Things about it in the forums and Im almost out.So i would like some help on wich would be the Best Creatine To buy.
I have been Looking at Red Russian Actijube or the CM750 Creatine Caps by AST or is a powder Better?
Ive been using GNC L-Glutamine Capsules, are these any good? I am also almost finished with these and would like to Get a better Brand but still in capsule form or should i not use the capsule method?
Thanx in advanced

Most every time you will be of better everything..costwise, quality, etc. with a powdered micronized creatine.
I would go this way with glutamine also.

I personally do prefer powders as I can mix all together in one shake and I hate to take pills.
As for where to buy, I get mine from TrueProtein (see sig) and I´m pleased.
-------------- You look for cheaper but good supplements? I can only tell you to use "DAG447" code on www.trueprotein.com and save BIG MONEY! =) That's what I do

I Just opened a tub of AST GL3 Glutamine and it didnt taste as bad as i thought, It actually didnt taste like anything!

Creapure - if I got it right - is just a name. Just creatine.
Creatine is creatine in my opinion - there is just a difference between Creatine Ethyl Esther(CEE)(new) and Creatine Monohydrate - CEE is more expensive but said to be much more effective (you gotta take less grams) - but I cannot tell you anything from my experience about CEE, sorry. Only tried Monohydrate so far.
I get mine from TP as said before just because I order my protein from them and I like the protein so why buy somewhere else?

Thanx for all the info Im gunna order some Tonight.

Different opinions on this one - but I don't think it would be bad to cycle a bit. 6 weeks on, 3 off should be doing fine and not lacking your success. Good luck with creatine - DRINK A LOT! A gallon a day should be possible =)

Cycling in most cases is a good idea. There is a "law of diminishing returns" so to speak with most anything, even steroids!
