Focus on your diet, this will help you in the fat reduction department

moderate cardio, and just like fsdsk said, focus on your diet. hourglass figure on a toned petite girl never hurt her in the looks department. so Step 1. CALM DOWN Step 2. DON'T FALL OFF THE TREADMILL OR I WILL LAUGH AT YOU.
I think you will see your hips start to shrink up a bit once you really start losing the weight.

Gangstershoes, love your advice.
For real my son when he was 12 fell on the treadmill and he got really badly scraped up on both legs. Poor kid I felt so sorry for him, he was in a bit of pain to say the least.
But, that taught me a lesson for sure. Always pay attention when you are exercising no matter what your doing.

leslieherr, I know you love me. I've watched an older gentleman proving himself in the gym fall off a treadmill before. I just about fell off mine laughing soo hard. I had to hit the STOP button and lift myself off the belt in the process. I don't think its the fall that gets me going. It's when they get shot out the back that it just kills me. LMAO!!!!
