So I am trying to lose weight and increase cardio, I have cut down on the weights a bit because I have alot of muscle tone it's just covered by fat.
1 c whole-grain flakes cereal
1/2 c skim milk
1 peanut butter and jam sandwhich
1/2 c carrots
1/2 c green peppers
1 apple
1 fruit cup in water
1 c whole-wheat pasta
1/2 c tomato sauce with lean ground beef
1 c milk

Do you know roughly what your fat/carbs/protein intake is?
It looks like you could do with more protein.

Try to get in 6-7 small meals per day. I eat about every 3 hours. I agree with the above post, it looks like you could use more protien. Great sources are tuna, eggs, chicken, cottage cheese, LF cheeses, turkey, lean meats etc. There is a great list of foods sticky tacked at the top of this catagory "grocery list for healthy eating". Sometimes the problems is not enough food! Try tracking your intake over the next couple of weeks. I find the key is to have a source of protien, complex carb and healthy fat at each small meal. I also always have a protien smoothie after my wt workout ~20g protien.
