Hello everyone,
My goal is to get fit and lose 40 pounds of fat. I've been reading a lot on the message boards and have learned a lot since I joined. I did a couple of searches already, my most recent being DOMS. Which I am currently suffering from but found out lots of info on how to deal with it. I'm sure I'll be posting a question or two in the future. I've learned quite a bit over the last couple of months about nutrition, macros and fat loss. who knows, I may even be able to post an answer for someone.:big_smile:
It's a good thing this is a forum, because if not.... I would ask which muscles you are experiencing DOMS in the most.... Then promptly squeeze them..... :) welcome to the forum.
