my ft nutritional plan

Im having a great time here on ft but i have a minor problem with my ft diet plan... my nutritional profile says that i need 195g of protein, 455 carbs, 90g fat, and 3250 calories!!! (my nutritional goal is increase muscle mass) anyway.. before i actually START my diet or not?

ok.
from the BMR and nutritional calculator, i see you need 1709
calories to mantain your current weight. If you want to build msucle you nned to consume 500 more than that. that is to say 2309 claories more or less.

now if you had your activity level, lets say 4 days a week, then that number goes up to 2700 easily.

try 2039 first, then go increqasing your caloric intake 250 cal at a time every days.

Remember to consumme at lesat 1.5 g of protein pero pound of body weight. Eat the same amount of calories, if not more, and the rest fill it up with fat(EFA, nuts, ...)
