Hey all, im going up to canada in a couple weeks and im going to be off for almost 2 weeks. I was wondering if it was o.k. to take the time off from my regular workout routine. I'm going to be doing alot of cardio (running, swimming, football, and other sports) because i have alot of friends up there so it's not like I'm going to be lazy all vacation. So, what do you all think? thanks

thats fine.. just continue to eat healthy, maybe take a fish oil supplement to spare muscle loss and keep up the protein.. keep up your regular cardio schedule, and be rejuvenated and ready to go when u get back!

Keep your diet as intact as you can(keep the amino acids flowing to the muscles), with the energy expenditure you are going to be doing you will be fine.
