new to FT -- fitness plan ?

Hey everyone, I'm new to FT but have been working out regulary for about a year now. I needed to change up my routine and step up the intensity. FT seems to be just what I'm looking for.

I'm curious why my fitness plan has me doing triceps/biceps twice a week. I'm on the "Weight Loss & Definition Training" program four days a week.

I'm by no means a fitness expert, but it would seem like if I were to work a body part group twice a week, it should be part of the core, like back or shoulders.

I ususally try to do every muscle group just once a week. However, it may be the way they have your weekly schedule set up. If you really want to, go back and go throught the fitness profile process again. You can choose the same things as you did before, but it will give you a different weekly schedule. I wouldn't want to work jusy my arms twice a week either. Hehe. Train hard. Good luck. Ask if you are still confused.

Without seeing the program I can only guess that you are working them out as secondaries one day, and primaries the other day. If you post the schedule I might be able to make better sense of it.
