I havent really seen ANYONE on this site or really any other site take it. I was wondering if it was good or not. It supposedly has 63 grams or protein per serving and its seemed to work cause I stopped taking it for about 2-3 weeks and still worked out but my bench max went down by a good amount and i lost about 5 pounds:surprised:.

You need protein. Mega whey is not my choice, but it is ok. Keep in mind it is a concentrate, not an isolate.

What do you mean by I need protein? And what do u suggest for a protein instead of mega whey?
