Alot of sugars...I would use it post workout if you buy it.

thanks, yeah i went ahead and bought 2 bottles, i like the creatine/protein combo plus a few other good ingredients.
should i take any other creatine with this? maybe cell mass or amped?
i also posted another question about animal pak stack i was wondering if
bb1 or rev8ball could answer them?

hey bb1fit, just wondering what you thought of this schedule:?
8am wake up lava mixed with skim milk
9am breakfast
10am animal stack
11am workout
12pm nitro
1pm=lunch
2-3pm another serving of lava with skim milk
5pm-animal pak
5:30-6pm dinner
???
i know i need some more protein and meals just wondering where?
and how would i do my schedule for days i work out at say 2pm?

I would not use the lava like you propose....you will be initiating insulin spikes that are unecessary, and will thus reduce your insulin sensitivity and the effectiveness of your pwo shake.
By the way, is that what your nito is? I am assuming you are talking Nitrotech(muscletech product). I would either add simple sugars to it or have one scoop of that and a serving of lava(sugars for pwo)

this is the schedule that member MMAIBOHM RECOMMENDED:
IF YOU LIFT AT 2pm
WAKE UP LAVA WITH SKIM MILK
BREKFAST WITH ANIMAL PAK
LUNCH
1:30 ANIMAL STAK
2:00 WORK OUT
3:00 Animal NITRO
5 DINNER WITH A LAVA SKIM MILK SHAKE
it is not nitro tech but animal nitro.
i was wondering where i would supplement in more proetin? or would i need any?
plus the 2 lava shakes give me like 10g of creatine for the day.
what would you recommend? i am also going to be getting some
san infusion protein.
is this is wrong what would you suggest for the supplementation?

Still unecessary sugars that are in lava is my point. If you are going to have a protein shake when waking(which is not a bad idea), you don't need all the sugars. Same with dinner. There are tons of proteins out there that are "clean".

ok cool, so when should i take the LAVA? because it is a mixture of protein/creatine/lglutamine/taurene?
what schedule would you recommend?

ok cool so pwo, but that is what the dinner shake is supposed to be, because with the animal nitro it says to wait like 30-45 min after to take pwo shake.
but in the morning take a cleaner protein shake with out all the sugars, right?
