Hey ppl waddup i am 16 and i am 6'0 130-135 yes i am REALLY skinny i am aslo very cut because of this but I WANT TO GET BIG i WANT BIGGER CHESS BIGGER SHOULDERS BIGGER ARMS BUT i need to know what exercises are best for this i also want 2 be big quick but then again..... dont we all..... i just want to know what to eat what not to eat and what exercises will work the best and which wont and how many times a day i got to do it for and how long and stuff like that if you all could just give me some info that would be great thanks
