Hi Everyone:)
My husband recently purchased some liquid creatine, and he wants to start using it.
He thinks the recommended dose on the bottle seems like a lot.
Could you help him with the dose please, and also, should he take it right before and right after lifting, and only on the days he lifts?
Thanks soooooooo much
The bottle of liquid says a dose is 5 droppers full, totalling 5ml
Is liquid better than powder?
We just assumed it was, and grabbed that
Thanks again

liquid= you just flushed money down the toilet
as soon as creatine is mixed with water it begins to break down into creatinine....which is useless and puts extra stress on kidneys...
return the product if at all possible or exchange it for creatine ethyl ester(which you'll need 2.5g a day indefinitely)...or regular creatine monohydrate powder(3-5g a day indefinitely)....powder variety should be taken with apple juice or gatorade....or a shake with simple carbs(dextrose/dextrin)....although if your husband has spent less than 2 years of consistant full body training...he probably doesn't need it to begin with...
