Hi all,Im working at home with dumbbells and barbells using a bench etc.Got like 350lbs of weight.I was very skinny.Literrally.I am 5'6,weighed prior to may 2005 112lbs.
After almost 2 months of working out and eating.Im up to 125lbs.But i seem to be fluctuating at 123-125lbs but never go higher.I want to be at a confortable 1351-140.Maybe coz ive to change my diet since i work and i cant eat heavy meals too much.I prefer the small diets that help during the day.I take a mass gainer supplement twice a week.( i cant swallow it too nasty sometimes).I started taking Creatine and of course include Whey protein. Also have some multivitamins.I need glutamine too.
Now ive been on 123-125lbs for like almost 2 weeks. Was also sick for a while but thats done and gone.
Any advice would be helpful. Also my muscles on my chest doesnt show much change in bulk..its just the same since it started gaining mass. But not too much of a difference to notice from afar.Ive increased the barbbell weights to 35lbs and could feel some change. But should i keep increasing the weights to shock the new muscles in increasing mass?
anyways please help.Thankx alot.

Wow...Ive never really heard of this before. If you want to get bigger all I can really tell you is to keep eating your protien. Include it in your diet as well as your suppliments. Include things like peanutbutter, meat, eggs, and milk in your diet. Also for your chest, do multiple workouts in a day. Mix up the number of sets and reps on a bi-weekly basis so that your muscles dont get to accostomed to a certain number. It is wise to do 2 or 3 different types of workouts for your upper chest because that is the hardest part of your chest to develope. I try to do at least one more workout for my upper chest than i would for the rest of my chest. As far as increacing the weights, you should increace them when the weight you currently use becomes too easy. A good rule of thumb is when you can fully complete all your sets without any struggle. Good luck and train hard. Just ask if you have any questions.

Another way to get larger more bulky muscles is to do shorter sets with heavy weights. For example you could do four sets of four. Sorry I didnt think of that earlier. Good luck.
