I'm about 5"5' and 118 lbs. I want to begin to weight lift for muscle mass but I don't know how I'm suppose to consume around 80 g of protein per day without stuffing myself sick. :-/ I haven't began yet, so don't worry lol. Any opinions out there would be greatly appreciated.

It is very simple...a can of tuna has 32 gr. of protein. Add in a protein shake, and it is typically 25-35 gr. of protein. Bingo....there is approx. 70 gr. of protein. Now, have a chicken breast or some fish at other meals, and bingo again, way over 80 gr.

For my size and stature, how much muscle can I realistically expect to add?

Noone can quantifiably answer that question for you. Work out, eat and get plenty of rest.
