Obese and Anxious......Embarrassed TOO!

I am 25,5'11,and 330lbs. I need some help with what to eat in the mornings,snacks,lunch,and dinner. The problem is that my digestive system is very slow because I don't have enough stomach acid to break my foods and so my metabolism is also slow. So you see I have problems but I can do it I believe with the help of you all and God!! Please reply and help!!:(:big_smile:

Well lets start with Breakfast. Eat something with alot of priotein. Try having 4 eggs (Omlette) with one yolk some low fat cheese grated in and a slice of grain bread. See how that feels.
then 2 hrs later as a snack have a low fat/no sugar added yogurt with some raw almonds.
For Lunch (2hrs later)have a tin or maybe 2 of tuna (in water),with a tomatoe and and some brown rice.
2hrs after you may want to have another snack, lets have some melon and low fat cottage cheese.
Then for supper have a chicken breast, some broccoli,and some mixed beans with a cookie for dessert.
This is an example of what you can do, and do some cardio exercise daily with some weight training. Before doing any exercise check with your doc for clearance. Your body will start to function normally after you start eating correctly and exercise regularly.
