Whats the best cutter for your body?

My friend wants to know what the best thing to take for your body would be, that'll shred the fat. There are things out there like Winstrol and such, but are steriods...we would like to know if theres anything that would cut you up...thats NOT a steriod.

Yep, a good diet, exercise and proper rest. There just aren't any shortcuts.

Food...good food would be your best best. Fat is lost in the kitchen...not in the gym or the pharmacy. Proper diet is the only way to burn it and keep it off.

WHATTTTTTT, I mean i do wrk out but i wanna get toned up so what can i take instead of a steriod ?:surprised::angry::big_smile::(:):dumbbell::love::laugh::cool:

Well if you want to get more muscle try taking protein drinks before and after you workout... protein enhances the effect of the workout and builds muscle faster.

Yes and I told ya...if you've worked out for a while and now want to get cut then you need to lose the Body Fat while building lean mass.

Saturday Morning Cartoons aren't what they were when I was a kid. With the invent of Nickolodeon and the Disney Channel kids are now just watching cartoons all day and Saturday mornings are just...Saturday mornings.

While I agree with most of what you said, I am definetly burning fat in the gym. Unless you just roll up to the gym have a chat and a protien shake, you should be burning fat.
