Having trouble figuring out how I can add more Omega 3 without going overboard. Right now I'm on a 3000 calorie diet. If 20% of my calories come from fat, I'm looking at about 67 grams of fat per day. At six meals a day, that's only 11 grams of fat per meal.

I went through my diet the other day, and I'm right at about 67 grams without supplementation. But all 67 grams are coming from chicken, beef, natural peanut butter, etc. I'm not eating any almonds, flax, or anything else.

I feel like I'm eating pretty lean foods so I'm not sure how I could cut down. I could probably take a couple flax or fish oil capsules every day, but those things only have 1 gram fat each. That can't be enough can it?
