I Am a beginer looking to lose a 14lbs before i visit vegas in October I have tried fad diets I have even tried old diets that have worked for me in the past but they are not working either at one point i was training 5 days a week and no weight lose whilst eating a healthy diet. I am pretty fit with no health problems I gave up smoking 8 months ago and put on a stone I have a medium frame the places where i carry my weight is on my ass top of my legs and hips. Could any one and I know it is a lot to ask as you are busy people please help me i am DESPERATE!. All that I need is a diet plan and workout regiem the only things that I cannot eat is Protein Shakes as they make me retch (i dont even have milk shakes)i am willing to give anything a go.
