I'll occasionally look at some other sites, but always end up coming back here to confirm what I found usually. Use the Fitbuddy at the bottom of the page to search for what you want to know and as FOTW said fill out your profile to help us out in answering your questions. gangster...Miracle Pills? I didn't know they had miracle pills. Gonna go google that and buy them all up. :laugh: FOTW...you know what assuming does don't you?
