Just curious on everyone powerlifting totals.
Here are some of my various lifts:
340lb Bench Press Raw
320lb Close Grip Bench Press off 1 Boards
330lb Close Grip Bench Press off 2 Boards
370lb Bench Press off 3 Boards
395lb Bench Press off 4 Boards
415lb Bench Press off 5 Boards
385lb Bench Press off 1 Board with Rage X Double Ply (Cant Touch Yet in it)
465lb Deadlift off 2 inch Plates
455lb Deadlift off 4 inch Plates
635lb Rack Pull just above knee cap
385lb Box Squat (Parallel)
I was real bored today.

so far....
320bench.......my workout i am doing will soposly have me doing that max 3 times......and on here 320 3 times is 349.....
I have box squated.......completly raw....425 + chains
front squat 315 for like 3 reps
my personal all time best on squats is 475......however I been doing boxes for a while......for about 2 months....I did 465....on a 5th set......hoping to get 500 on squat.. here within a few weeks.....when i squat I only use knees wraps.....nothing fancy...some from walmart.....atlas i believe.
all of corse parallel)
deadlift person best so far is 495....hoping to do 505 tomorrow......
as for rack pulls, from about mid shin area....435+double chains for 3 sets of 3.

um somthing....that I looked up from....guy named kennely.....1st guy to bench 750 I think...like me to post it?
Other day i did 190 for 3 reps 3 sets.... very easliy with chains.....my max is soposed to be 320....I think I can beat that!

I think I know what program you are talking about. GL with it and GL with the 505 deadlift.

Bench-325 squat-450 deadlift-455
Hoping next month to add 25 to each of those.
