I know everyone will be different, but is there a way to judge your self (if my chest is this big than my arms should be this big). I'd like to know what areas need the most work. Here's where I'm at now. height 5'8" weight 146 bicep 13.5 calf 14.5 chest 36.25 forearm 11 neck 14.5 thigh 21.25 waist 32.25
It sounds like your doin allright. I don't think there is really a need to worry to much. As long as your work all the major muscle equaly you should be fine.
