Hey! im 14 and my goal is to get a 6 pack by the end of the summer! right now my diet is mostly grilled chiken with steamed veggies protein shakes and fruits! i cut almost all carbs except those in fruits! my ab workout routine is 15 different ab workouts 10 times each so it becomes 150! i also do cardio till i burn about 150-300 calories and i weight train! ne advice to speed up the process id like the help thanks (email me fl1p13p1mp@gmail.com)
