I just got a tub of Probolis-Sr as a gift... its a soy protein. Anyone have any reviews / thoughts on this product before I open it?

I have never used it...sorry. Not a fan of Soy Protein anyhow. :)

After reading the label more closely, it seems to be a whey protein for 1st 2 hrs... then casein kiks in for the next 4 hrs... then amino acids kik in for the next 6 hours... giving you a total of 12 hrs of muscle feed. the product seems to be a blend of:

Whey concentrate
Soy isolate
Casein
Arginine (amino acid)
Glutamine (amino acid)
Isoleucine (amino acid)
Leucine (amino acid)
Valine (amino acid)

It is the aminos that give the sustained release...

Has anyone used this stuff...
Its made by MHP (Maximum Human Performance)...
Anyone have input / thoughts?

It sounds like a "time release protein" type. It can be useful, times other than post workout. I think you can find a much better blend.
