Is this yogurt ok to eat? I know the problem with yogurt is to find one with low sugar content, but this is pretty much the lowest I can find. It says that there is no artificial anything in this yogurt.

Ingredients: cultured grade a non fat milk and pectin

How is this yogurt? Any good or just throw it away?

Well if I should throw it away, it's a little to late because it's already pretty much fully consumed by me.
Thanks for responses

Great idea. I'm new to the whole yogurt thing. Just seeing if it's overall healthy. What time do you think I should stop eating this. (not that I'm going to eat it non stop.) Should I not eat this before bed?

What are your comments about the nutrition facts of this Dannon yogurt?

id say it would be ok a few hours before bed.. best not to take in carbs 1-2 hours before bed, but things like yogourt, nuts, cottage cheese are good.. casein protein in them will help spare muscle overnight. the only thing that bothers me is the amount of sugar, but then again, thats per cup serving..

Thanks for the response bropie. Yeah your right about the sugar content but like you said, that's for a cup serving. I don't think I'll eat a whole cup before bed. I freeze it actually because someone here on FT said it was good like that. So I tried it and it was great! I added a little bit of almond extract and it was awesome. I find that if it's frozen, I'll eat a whole lot less of it because you really have to work at it to eat it. If it's not frozen, I think I'll eat the whole carton. lol well thanks again for the response.

I use this yogurt all of the time and add vanilla or almond extract and some splenda, then I freeze it for a couple of hours. Also try 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/4 cup yogurt and then add some vanilla and splenda.

dx I buy yoplait light and it only has like 14 grams of sugar. They have a really yummy boston creme pie flavor.

I light the Blue Bunny Lite 85 cups. They are 80 calories and
have some good flavors. I throw one in the freezer about 3 hours before I am going to eat it and then mix it up and it is as good as ice cream if not better.

London, how big is the serving size for those Carb control yogurts? Also, I know I'm pushing it, but are there any carb control fat free plan yogurt? lol I think that would be heaven! (or maybe there is such a thing and they just call it cottage cheese?)

Yikes that's a good amount of saturated fat there in that yogurt!

mmaibohm, How big is the serving size for the ones that you get? Are they non-fat plain yogurt?

ya, that sat fat is high.

I think the serving size is 1/2 a cup.

I guess maybe just stick to cottage cheese :(

You can mix in sugar free/fat free regular jello into yogurt for flavor. Also, the sugar free syrups or flavored coffee syrups.

I should clarify that a bit more, the jello, use the mix, not the prepared jello. It comes in many flavors for a good variety.

Thanks for the idea. I found this yogurt that has some pretty darn good nutrition facts. It's practically like low fat 1% cottage cheese. It has 100% more protein than regular sweetened low fat yogurt and only 4 grams of carbohydrates.

Here's the nutrition facts and ingredients for this yogurt that I found. I took a trip to Alpine Texas and this is where i found it. I don't know if San Antonio (my hometown) has it anywhere. I'm sure we do but I just can't find any.

The nutrition facts are good aren't they? The taste is delicous as well. It's a blueberry flavor.

Tell me what you all think about this yogurt.
