I want to add more Eggs to My Diet But The only way i like them is deviled ( I add light mayonase and Honey dejon to yolk). Is it still good for me that way????
My second Question is about The Perdue "Short cuts" grillrd chicken and a simular Tyson product? Are these any good for me?
Im on a bulking diet and sometimes i dont have time to cook Chicken breasts Plus the Purdue I can eat out of the bag cold!

if you take mayo out of eggs...and maybe use dijon mustard insteed...it's alright...although still not great...
tyson products are on the unhealthy side...so don't know what to tell you...you can buy raw chicken breasts and cook them in a microwave or boil them....look on the net for recipes...

There are boneless skinless chicken breasts from Tyson and their nutrition facts are excellent. Very low in fat and of course high in protein. But then again, you don't have time to cook Chicken Breasts.
Menace, are these chicken breasts unhealthy as well? Have you seen the nutrition facts?

Can't be too unhealthy.
I eat upwards of 20 of their boneless, skinless breasts each week and have lost around 40 pounds plus toned up relatively well.
The onlt additives going by the label are a water and salt solution. Granted the additional sodium probably isn't the greatest but it hasn't caused any fluid retention problems with me thus far.
