Right then, hopefully there are moderators out there who can correct me on this.
I started my training on Monday 20th June, and each evening after my workout, I would faithfully come up and enter the reps completed and weights used.
I came up now, and I wanted to enter yesterdays reps, and download next weeks workout and two things surprised me.
I cannot find last weeks workouts at all, it says that I am starting on Monday 27th June, and now it appears that the second weeks workouts are exactly the same as the first weeks.
What have I done wrong?
The main reason why I didn't do as much fitness training as I should have was because I got bored of the same old workouts week in week out.
