Good afternoon all. I am currently in Iraq and got here about 7 months ago at 180lbs. I am now 145lbs. after much weight training and cardio and proper diet. My question to you is there a risk of losing too much weight on the current program or will my body finally adjust and stop losing? I don't plan to change my routine or diet and have no particular goal weight. I have a lot of deep tissue fat and love handles and trying to work them off. Should I be concerned about the amount of weight loss? Thanks in advance!

First thanks for being in Iraq. My cousin just got back from his 2nd trip over there. I have one question for you though. Do you feel like a giant sugar cookie with all that sweat and sand? :)

To answer your question. 35lbs in 7 months is a good steady weight loss. You will begin to level out once your body fat percentage has lowered to match with your activity level.
