I have been fallowing the exercise program for a little over a week and it changes some of the machine's used for the same muscle group. Some of the machines I don't see or I'm a bit nervous to use them so I do the same machine I feel comfortable with. Is this going to mess things up in the long run in ataining the end goal? Thanks for your time all and hope the question made sense.

If you're new to working out nearly anything you do will help. You will short change yourself if you don't change up as the program suggests. Like you've seen on this board, fitness people are usually nice folks. Ask someone at your gym to show you how to use the machine. They will.
