Anybody seen the commercial for the ab-lounge? It's only 15 bucks and i was wondering if it would be worth it. I've been having trouble with crunches b/c of my back, haha i know i'm 15 and have back problems. I was just wondering if it's worth the 15 dollars

Hi. You can buy an ab lounge at Wal-Mart for less than $100. The one you buy there doesn't have the metal bar above your head, it comes with a nylon strap. I dont really use the strap, I just place my hands on the arm bar and sit up slightly. My head rubs on the back and its annoying. It comes with a vhs and a dvd video to follow. I think its worth the money. I like using it.
