Guys, I have been working out on and off some times allot some time noway! I wanted to know i have some fat on lowert chest and to the side unde, It make my chest look a bit hanging ? What exercises do I need for it and loose it the fastest way possible please? I am trying to get back to my routine you response will appreciated !

Hello,
Sounds like you need to clean up your diet to get rid of the excess fat and commit to a exercise routine.
If you haven't done so already sign up for the free ft exercise and nutrition programs.
They are a great help as is everyone who posts here.

It will get off as your chest grow and as you cut fat.

So you are saying as I work out more and do more areobics the on the chest will go away by it self? What do I need to do more? lowe chest exercises or more dips can any one tell me some specific ones?

you could try declind presses. however, you need to also commit to a diet and cardio plan to lose fat.
