So recently ive started to notice some definition in my abs...which is good yes!! but i still have a layer of fat...so id call it "flabby defition" not the greatest i was just wondering if there are certain foods i should be eating and staying away from to try to get rid of that fat around the midsection... i have my diet under control and same with my weight training and cardio...any suggestions are great/ Thanks!

Bottom line is good solid clean diet, below maintenance. This is the way to tap your fat stores. Keep protein high to maintain lean tissue.

At the end of the day, when all the "science" is exhausted, calories are the underlying factor.
