IM a sophmore playing football ... right now i weigh 198 and max out on a bench around 200, i would like to lose about 15 lbs of weight and gain a little muscle, i find it hard to lose fat and still get the protein in my body through food. i dont take any supplements and wont. What kind of foods should i be eating ... and does anyone have any kind of running or lifting plans or strategies to help me gain balance, stregth or speed ??? i would very much so appreaciate any comments
what do you have against supplements? if you are having trouble getting protein.. a whey powder may be good for you. as for foods, check out the grocery list for healthy eating.. it says complex/fibrous carbs, lean cuts of meat, and healthy fats, more or less.
