Try using your search button. Hydroxycut is not at all like creatine...

Supplements are just that, a supplement to an already complete diet. Supplements will come up short if you do not follow a smart weight training program and healthy diet. And when you do decide to add supplements, do not get caught up in the new fad supplements. Stick with protein powder, creatine, glutamine and a good multi-vitamin and a good MRP if your budget allows it. Good luck.

Hydroxycut is a fat burner. It works great, and has no side effects if used correctly. It is more effective with a good diet and workout program. Good luck!!
