I'm new here and need some help with a few things... Right now I need to lose atleast 150 lbs. Right now I am 5'6 and about 320lbs. I started about 2-3 weeks ago mainly just cutting out fast food. I was eating out about 5x a week if not more..
This is what I have been doing stop eating fast food, drinking atleast 24oz of water and exercising atleast 10-20 mins a day 3x a week. I switched from white bread to whole wheat bread, but I am not sure how many calories a day I should be eating to lose weight and how much water etc... How much exercise I should be doing... should I be trying to build muscle or just lose the fat for now? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Why don't you fill out an exerise routine here... lots of great plans based on your goals and needs... same thing for the nutritional tracker... it'll give you an idea of what you should be eating and how many calories you need to have each day!
