i guess specificaly im confused about the nutrition tracker i have no meals or foods in mine and when i go to add a food all it says is carbohydrate supp., fat suup., and protein supp what are they and what do i do with thm i was expecting a list of real foods that i would have put in there like for instance today i ate no breakfast and had 2 slices of pizza for lunch

At the bottom of the page where you see the supps, there is an "ADD FOOD TO YOUR BASKET" button. Use this button, then search for the foods you eat and add them to your master list. Once your list is set up, you choose from the list according to what you eat each meal.

Another good resource to check out is the grocery list for healthy eating under the nutrition board (it is stickied at the top). You can't go wrong eating the foods from this list. The nutrition tracker in the free version doesn't allow you to create custom foods such as your Pizza, (the PRO version does and is more user friendly), but you can pick each pizza item and add them to your list (or just pick a brand you think most closely matches).
Hope that helps and good luck!
