I have Monday through Friday to workout in the morning and in the afternoon, I need some help with my workout planning PLZ HELP.
Monday Morning: Cardio (How Long) Core Lifts(Which Body Part...Chest and Tris) Monday Afternoon: Cardio (Shorter than morning) Auxillarys (Chest and Tris?) Tuesday Morning: Cardio (How Long) Core Lifts (Shoulders and Biceps) Tuesday Aftenoon: Cardio (How Long) Auxillarys (Shoulders and Biceps) Wednesday Morning: Cardio (How long) Core Lifts (Legs and Back) Wednesday Afternoon: Cardio (How long) Auxillarys (legs and Back) Thursday Morning: Cardio (How long) Core Lifts (Chest and Tris) Thursday Afternoon: Cardio (How long) Auxillarys (Chest and Tris) Friday Morning: Cardio (How long) Core Lifts (Shoulders and Biceps) Friday Afternoon: Cardio (How long) Auxillarys (Shoulders and Biceps) Is this a strong work out. I eat very well and am supplemented. I need some ideas for exercises as well. Some auxillarys. Any Ideas on exercises and sets and Reps for each body part. I am 6'1 and wiegh 185 and want to get big and strong. Any help.

How long are you planning to work out each day? How many sets per workout? I'm pretty sure you're getting a little too gung ho here. Training twice a day? Five days in a row? Four upper body workouts and only one lower? Seriously, man, unless you're on roids, you're just being silly.
Go to t-mag.com and search for their Dawg School articles in the search engine. You've got a lot of learnin' to do.

I have to agree with mackfactor, this is a great way to burn out very quickly.

WOW!!! overtrain city, working out at that rate you would kill yourself unless you were shootin up roids.
