I am 28 years old and have 2 daughters. I live In Connecticut.
I have a weaknes for chipsahoy cookies and milk, and cheesecake. I tend to just grab what ever is quick and over eat at meal times!

Well, first of all... welcome to FT...
Secondly, cut back on the chips ahoy, and unfortunately... the cheesecake... that hurt to say, cuz nothing beats a good cheesecake..
Secondly, grab a workout plan from FT and have at it!
Also, check out the grocery list in the diet section.. it'll help a ton!

Thank you Tim!
Yes I know I have to stay away from the cheesecake and the chips ahoy. Parting is such sweet sorrow...:(
I will check out that grocery list. I've been buying not so healthy stuff within the last 3 years and I notice my kids being reliant on those foods, so I'm looking to make a lifestyle change. This whole house needs it! Including the CATS!!!!
see ya 'round!

Just try to still have your cheesecake though. Just a small portion, occasionally (NOT EVERYDAY :) ). Also don't reward yourself with it. That's the big downfall for people that do cardio. A real eye opener is to read the calories on the cookies/cheesecake/snack. Then when you are on the treadmill figure out how much exercise that involves to work it off. You will then understand why it's shouldn't be a reward for working out. I've found that the frozen diet tv dinners help when it comes to having multiple kids, trying to goto the gym, having dinner, getting them baths, and in bed with a story, in the time frame of a few hours. good luck and welcome to FT.
