I just started working out again recently and am planning on taking some supplements to help me get going.. I'm three weeks in now and am planning on starting to take Xtra Lean in a few days to help me get rid of some extra weight, and my buddy just started taking M1T's so i was thinking of gettin on those as well.... Does anyone know of any terrible side effects, or problems that i could or will develop from this.. and does anyone know how well these things work.... thanks
