So for all you people out there that eat tuna....not sure about you but i was sick of the plain old tuna...so i tried some experimentation in the kitchen. Mind you it doesn't come out to be a perfect "burger" but its a change from the ordinary.
For every can of tuna add :
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites
- season with whatever you want! - i add a little bit of ground pepper and garlic
mix in a bowl.
Seperate portions into how big or small you want your burger
Put on a frying pan and let cook!
Again it snot the perfect burger.... wont stay together the best ... but if you want you can add bread comes to help with that.
Hope you tuna eaters try it out and enjoy...its also good toped with some salsa or cottage cheese :)

Sounds very experimental!!! I'll give it a bash some time though, tuna is a godsend - low fat and packed full of protein.

As per DX's post - excellent biceps by the way. Make me feel pretty wimpy by comparison:)
