well ppl i am trying to loose weight right now not only for myself but for the ppl around me. right now i get up every morning and jog, then l8er i swimm of bike and do a little bit of toneing with weights...im cutting down on food portions and trying my hardest...does anyone have any tips?:love:yea lots

Your cardio seems to be in check as long as it's for 30 mins and it's intense (sweating your butt off). Just keep your diet in small portions and don't cut back soo much that you throw your body into starvation mode. 2-3 lbs a week seems to be the max healthy weight loss. good luck and welcome to FT.
