I just bought Universal's Natural Sterol Complex. One of my work buddies has used if many times and he is HUGE and said the Nat. Sterol did it. I'm on creatine right now, so is it safe to use creatine whils on Natural Sterol Complex or will the 2 react and make me crazy or something? Please let me know ASAP. Thanks
