in order to lose weight i was told to jog,then sprint,walk, then jog,then sprint,then walk for 20 minutes. intervals of 7min,2min,1min,7min,2min,1min. i this a really good way to lose weight or am i just burning myself out? also should i do cardio before working out or after? i seem to be out of energy by the time im finished with one
