Is this a 'processed meat'?

Between eating tuna, chicken breasts, and.. well, stuff I shouldn't be eating I eat Turkey sandwiches. I normally buy Carl Buddig Honey-roasted premium lean deli cut turkey slices and use a little French's honey mustard on Nature's Own Healthline light honey wheat bread.

Is this turkey a 'processed meat'? When I hear that term I normally think of hot dogs, or baloney.

When I went to the deli to have some turkey cut it came from a big 'ball-o-turkey' so it seems to be the same stuff, its not like it was cut off the bird.

Can you list the ingredients for the meat? I can't seem to find any ingredients listed for the meat on the site.

In this order: Turkey Breast, Turkey Broth, Honey, Salt, Less than 2% of: Sugar, Natural Favorings, Carrageenan, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Erythorbate, Potassium Lactate, Sodium Diacetate.

Per Slice:
Calories 15
From Fat 5

% daily value
Total Fat 1%
Saturated Fat 1%
Trans Fat 0%
Cholesterol 1%
Sodium 3%
Carbohydrate 0%

A Serving is 6 slices (53g), 80 Calories, 10g Protein, 3g Sugar, Carbs 3g.

I normally have 2 servings or less in the bread metioned above.

I work in a deli and about 95% of our stuff is processed to some extent. They just do it so that you can get a good slice out of it. If the slices are all the same size/shape there is a good chance that it is at least somewhat processed.

I think the thing to worry about with lunch meat is the sodium level and addition of nitrates. These are not health additions. I think Jenny O makes Nitrate free lunch meat. I don't have it at my grocery, but you might where you are.
