Hi. im new to this site. im hoping that the nutrition and excercise information can help me lose the wight that ive gained from having babies.
I guess its kind of my own fault that ive gotten fat, though. I never even tried to lose the weight i'd gained after my first child (3 years ago!) and then i got pregnant with my second.. now, since i had her 2.5 months ago, i feel gross.
am i the only person out there that didnt think it was that important to lose the baby weight until wayyyy after the fact?
if anyone is going through this too it would be nice to have support. :) It may actually help me lose this weight.
anyway its nice to be here with all of you. :)

Many women go through that, because if they want a larger family they will convince themselves that their body is just going to get messed up again. with a good nutrition plan, and some TRUE sweat dripping, heart pumping cardio, you should be just fine. Just don't reward yourself with food, and remember to not sugar coat your cardio sessions. good luck and welcome to ft.

Oh my gosh! I am raising my hand.
I have three children.
Meredith I had at 19, and thinking that I was young and could lose it asap. Nope I did not. After Alexandria I lost 15 pounds while I was pregnant with her, and gain it back, then after I had her, I lost 15 more pounds. Only thing was, I did not get to my pre-pregnant weight.
Finally when after I had Matthew, I started making changes. I have just started to lose the weight, mostly because of the support and help from this site.
I am not near my pre-pregnancy weight, or to my Ideal weight, but I have made changes to help me lost some weight. That is a start.
I have lost one inch in one week sticking with the workout routine, and because of friends from this site, I am more dedicated than I have ever been.
