First off thanks for all the help, you guys are wonderful! Using your site to help me recover from a bad car accident Imy body is in the best shape it's ever been in. I'm female so I don't want a six pack, I currently have the line going from under my chest all the way to my belly button. the problem is I have is my body looks sort of squarish. It's probably only noticable to me but I would still like to be where I want to be. Is it my obliques or hips that that will make my hips look more pronounced? Thanks guys.

Bravo! Im a newbie so I dont have any info, but I can cheer you on.

I for one have see one too many boxy girls wearing lowrise jeans to make the hips dissapear even further.

Just remember low reps make it bigger, high reps make it smaller and tighter.
