First off thanks for all the help, you guys are wonderful! Using your site to help me recover from a bad car accident Imy body is in the best shape it's ever been in. I'm female so I don't want a six pack, I currently have the line going from under my chest all the way to my belly button. the problem is I have is my body looks sort of squarish. It's probably only noticable to me but I would still like to be where I want to be. Is it my obliques or hips that that will make my hips look more pronounced? Thanks guys.
