i just started m-stack acouple days ago and i was wondering if it would be better to take it after my work out. i have heard your body goes in an anabolic state after you work out so i figured it would be better?

Actually after you work out, your body is more than likely in a catabolic state, and the idea is to get anabolic as quickly as possible. No protein synthesis will ever occur without/until this is done.

AM30 Try reading the can it comes in take it 30 min before your workout. On non work out days take some time in afternoon. Also while on the mstak take in a lot of protein for best results.
