I have to say that I have spent hours reading various posts on so many different topics and really have learned a lot! Thanks to all for the great tips and advice! Question-

I know that it's important to have protein immediately after a workout, but I have begun taking Cell Mass over the past month. The directions say to take it after your workout on an empty stomach and to wait at least 20 minutes before eating or drinking. I am a female who is about 25% body fat, 5'6", 154lbs. Trying to gain muscle and drop fat. What's more important after working out-Creatine in Cell Mass or protein? Guess I can't mix 'em into one drink post workout. Thanks in advance.:)

Protein is always essential, it can help build muscle. Creatine cannot build an ounce of muscle on its own.

So I should have a protein drink post workout rather than Cell Mass? When should I take it, or just drop it altogether?

Well If you break it down. Pure creatine monohydrate is just that. Pure is Pure. Theres no need to pay extra for it. But i agree and its the truth what BB1FIT said. Creatine cannot stand alone. You need to get protein. and alot of it. Because you are trying to gain muscle and not fat, you are going to need high protein, low carb, low fat. ur 154 and a female so your going to need between 192-204.2 grams a protein per day. its hard because Doctors say that an average person can only absorb 20 grams of protein per meal. Are you kidding me... they haven't looked at ronnie C. lately. So just remember, everyones body is different. Throw in cardio for 30-45 mins 5-6 times a week, healthy eating, working out, you'l be great.
