Hi there!
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Dee, well thats what everyone calls me at least. I'm just looking to shed a few pounds and tone up a bit...I like me just want a healthier version of me! I dont aspire to look like JLo, or Britney LOL (tho sure that's be nice, i'm a bit more realistic).
I am a 34 year old manager of several stores on the east coast. I travel ALOT, so eating right is a daunting task!
I recently was put on medication for anxiety and depression, and I feel that has a tad to do with my weight gain, as well as my age and lifestyle. (no excuses here, when i get home or to the hotel I turn into a lazy bum!) I also had a very bad ulcer in which all I could eat (if you want to call it that!lol) was that horrible tasting ensure drink (i might have over done that as i felt so hungry most of the time LOL)
At age 21 I weighed 94 pounds and wore a size 3! at age 25..115 lbs...at age 34 I am now 137lbs...so i figure if i dont get this under control soon at this rate...
before you go thinking I'm some anorexic fruitcake with these weights please realize I am only 5'1 LOL.

I hope your doc isn't confusing depression and anxiety, with fatigue! because I used to travel A LOT too (on average 4 European countries a week)and my family doc said that I was was depressed! It turned out to be that I needed a vacation!
