I'm just curious if any of you have read anything on all raw foods diets?
I have read 3 books now, and I love them and think they make fabulous sense.
I have been about 95 percent raw each day all week.
I feel great, but worry about having enough protein to get the muscle I want?
The books say it's not required to have as much protein as we have been lead to believe.
Any ideas?
Just wondering if anyone has read them, done this, or researched it at all.
